For weddings with 100 guests or more, my services range from $2,500 to $8,000. The exact price is determined based on the specifics of your wedding and how much support you are looking for from me.

Pricing for smaller weddings and other events is determined on a case by case basis.

I charge a flat fee for my services and never accept kick-backs and commissions from other vendors. This way I maintain my clients' preferences as my central priority. In special cases, if I require additional assistance on the day of your event, I charge a small hourly rate to hire an assistant. Additionally, certain services like gift bag stuffing, can be requested and these are also charged at an hourly rate.

My design style is classic, elegant, and natural. I love working with local vendors and materials that are sourced from the area and to use venues that feature beautiful architecture and enhance the natural beauty of the surroundings.

To make each wedding feel personal, I start by talking with you about what your vision is, what types of vendors you want to prioritize (and why), and how you want to feel on your wedding day. If you don’t have clear answers to these when we first meet, then I help you figure these things out. It’s really important to have some core values, unique to you, that guide you through the planning process. We will come back to these when you feel overwhelmed by decision-making or don’t know how best to allocate your budget.

One of my absolute favorite parts of wedding planning is finding the right vendors to match the clients' style, vision, and budget. I have a diverse network of local vendors that I refer clients to, based on their unique vision. It's important that your vendors are a pleasure to work with and that they make your wedding feel like it's a true reflection of you!

I love blending styles and backgrounds and embracing the unconventional! I get particularly excited when couples come to me with different cultural, geographical, or religious backgrounds and want to create a wedding that blends these together to represent them both and their mix of loved ones.

Hiring a wedding planner requires a lot of trust. There are usually things on the wedding day that don’t go according to plan. When that happens, I assess the situation and make a decision to deal with the circumstances – normally you don’t even know there was a hiccup. Certainly some decisions need to be made with you, the couple, (like whether to switch from Plan A to Plan B, if the weather forecast is spotty) but most of the time I try to let you enjoy your wedding day without worrying about the behind the scenes stuff.

Yes! This is super important for staying relaxed up to your wedding day. We talk about your budget upfront and identify the areas that are most important to you and where you’d like to invest the most amount of money. You can opt for a planning package where I create a draft budget for you, that is tailored to your priorities and the offerings in the local area. I pull from my network of vendors that will match your values and your price point.

My level of involvement is determined by you and your needs. When we create a planning package together, we decide on a framework for how much support you’d like from me. If, over time, you decide you need more, it’s never a problem to add it. Even with my most basic planning package, Wedding Day Coordination–where you do all the planning and I take over in the last month before the wedding–I check in with you several times throughout the year to keep tabs on how the planning is going and if you need any support for staying on track.
